It looks to be somewhat like a traditional paint brush or spray can, painting in the specific color you pick. The Concealer Brush which I am not 100% what it does. Or maybe we have old photos that we scratched up or that have other blemishes. As such, sometimes our photos have objects in them that we don’t want in there.
